A Heartfelt Message from Anne

Dear Friend,

Can you believe it’s the middle of May already? The last few months have flown by at Carvers Ridge, and we are so thankful for all of you sticking beside us during this uncertain time. I wanted to take a moment today to update you on our plans as we look forward to Summer at Carvers Ridge. If you have a moment, please take the time to watch my video. Store Announcements

The state of Iowa is slowly opening back up, and we know many of you are eager to shop in stores with us again. We hear you and are excited for that day to come too! At this time, however, due to the high touch nature of our products, we feel it is safest to keep our gift stores closed a little while longer. 

In a bit of good news, the Corning store will be open Father's Day weekend! The store will only be open June 19th and 20th, so keep an eye out for more details to come!

As of now, we do not have target dates for opening the stores permanently. We will continue to monitor the situation and keep you updated.

Live Sale Schedule

Although these last few months have been difficult for all of us, it’s been incredible to connect with each of you through our live sales. We’ve had so much fun with the live sales that we wanted to add even more to our weekly schedule! We will release the sale schedule for the week each Sunday, so keep an eye on your inbox!

Changes to Local Pickups

Unfortunately, pickups in Guthrie Center are no longer available. Future orders from the community surrounding Guthrie can be either be shipped or picked up at either of our two remaining pickup locations.

Urbandale pickups will continue for the foreseeable future. Considering this service is being provided by Anne’s sister, pickup dates and times may vary to accommodate her schedule. You will be notified of pickup details via email. 

Corning pickups will continue to be available at our office/production facility at 627 Benton Ave. Someone will be available Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11am to 4pm to assist you with your curbside pickup. 

Summary

✨Gift stores will remain closed a while longer for the safety of our staff and customers. A permanent reopening date has not been determined.

I truly believe that the difficulties we have all faced these past few months have made our communities closer and stronger than ever. Please know that my team is here to answer any questions you may have regarding these changes.
