A waitlisted item means that the item is currently sold out in the size/color/design you requested. Keep in mind that being waitlisted could also mean that the item requested is currently sitting in someone else's cart awaiting checkout. If the customer doesn't pay before their cart expires, or changes their mind about the item, it will go to the next person in line on the waitlist.
We regularly evaluate our waitlist and items that sold out quickly or have a long waitlist are moved to the top of our priority list for re-orders.

You can pre-authorize any item in your waitlist. You will automatically be moved to the top of the list for that item, ensuring that when it comes back in stock - you won't miss out!
When you pre-authorize, you're saying if this comes back in, just charge me and ship it. That means no matter what is going on in your life, you'll still snag the item before it becomes available to anyone else. All you have to do is head over to your waitlist on the app (the 💗 icon at the bottom), select the item you don't want to miss out on, and select the "preauthorize" button in the top left corner. It's that simple! - You can change your mind at any time before the item is back in stock by simply removing the item from your waitlist.
We do have our system set up to cancel any pre-authorizations after 90 days. So you don't have to worry about being charged for an item you wanted months ago and have forgotten about. I can't be the only person who has done that right? 🤷♀️
*Please note* You are never charged at any time for an item on your waitlist, even if it is pre-authorized, until that item is back in stock and available for purchase.
